摘要
第二次朝鲜核危机自2002年10月爆发以来,迄今已经历三个发展阶段,随着六方会谈的复会,目前很可能将进入第四个阶段。文章梳理了朝核问题的由来和最新发展,从五个方面探讨了朝核问题的症结所在,分析了朝核问题发展的四种前景。最后,文章对朝核问题与中国的战略关联度、朝核问题的战略态势以及中国应对各种情况的多手准备等问题进行了初步讨论。
Since its emergence in Oct.of 2002,the second DPRK's nuclear crisis has undergone three development phases and is likely to enter the fourth one with the resumption of the Six-Party Talks.This article examines the cause and latest development of DPRK's nuclear issue,probing into the core of the issue from five different angles and elaborating on four possible prospects of its development.Finally,the author discusses such topics as the relations between DPRK's nuclear issue and China's strategy,strategic implications caused by such an issue,the possible responses China should be prepared to take toward the issue.
