二乙胺基二硫代甲酸铅——氯仿溶液在酸性条件下置换萃取生活饮用水中铜。其最大吸收峰位于435nm处,于0——15μgCu2+范围内符合朗伯比尔定律。r=0.9999,标准差为0.0015,相对标准差为0.75%,回收率在99.0~100.
This paper reports a displacement method of Lead Diethyldithioncarbamate for copper ion in drinking water.An acidic solution of lead diethyldithioncarbamate and chloroform was used for displacing and extracting copper ion in drinking water and the ABS peak is at 435nm, Cu 2+ concentration from 0~15μg accords well with Lambert-Beer Law, r =0.9999,ABS SD=0.0015,RSD=0.75%,and the recovery rate ranges from 99.0% to 100.7%.
