摘要
为了观察非胰岛素依赖型（Ⅱ型）糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］浓度变化，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测了３１例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和３１例正常人血清Ｌｐ（ａ）含量，同时测定了ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－ｃ、ＨＤＬ－ｃ。结果显示，糖尿病组和对照组血清Ｌｐ（ａ）浓度分别为３１８±１９９ｍｇ／Ｌ，１６８±１０７ｍｇ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。本研究提示Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清Ｌｐ（ａ）水平显著增高，且Ｌｐ（ａ）水平与ＴＧ和ＨＤＬ－ｃ显著相关，相关系数分别为－０．４６６５和０．４６２２。
The serum Lipoprotein(a)and other Lipids were determined in 31 cases of typeⅡdiabetes mellitus(DM)and 31 subjects as controls,Using ELISA method. The results showed that the concentration of serum Lp(a) for DM patients and controlds were 318±199mg/L and 168±107mg/L respetively.The concentration of serum Lp(a) for DM patients was significantly higher than that of controls ( P <0.001),and there is remarkable correlation between the concentration of serum Lp(a) and TG and HDL-c.
