摘要
在阐述电力系统低频振荡机理的基础上,对2005年9月1日蒙西电网三次低频振荡现象产生的原因进行了理论分析,并结合PMU录波数据进行了仿真计算。结合大区弱互联电网的实际运行特点,提出了在电网运行中抑制低频振荡的可行措施,强调了电力系统稳定器PSS的作用,以供电网运行人员参考。
This paper analyzes the causes for 3 times low-frequency oscillation of MengXi power grid on 09/01/05 in theories and does some simulation calculation with the PMU data. Some applied measures for restraining the low-frequency oscillation are brought forward under the weak interconnection of bulk power grids. At the same time, the function of the Power System Stabilizer (PSS) is emphasized again.
