摘要
KSQ型水井双向锚依托注水管柱是保障油田开发工艺顺利实施的关键构件,通过其锚定作用,可以防止在注水过程中由于温度、压力等因素的变化造成管柱上下蠕动,进而延长注水管柱的寿命,提高分层注水效果。通过对水井双向锚中心管在不同工况下的受力分析和有限元计算,得到了中心管优化设计结果,提高了水井双向锚及其注水管柱的可靠性。
The KSQ bidirectional anchor for water injection well is a key tool for guaranteeing the smooth implementation of the production technology in oilfield. Relying on its anchoring ability, the upward and downward movement of the string caused by the variation of pressure and temperature during water injection can be prevented, thus extending the operating life of the water injection siring and improving the effect of separate-layer water injection. Through the force-summing analysis and finile-element calculation of the mandrel of the bidirectional anchor under different operation conditions, the optimized design results about the mandrel is obtained, improving the reliability of the anchor and the water injection string.
