大同市居民接触空气中多环芳烃限值的研究 被引量:8

BIOLOGICAL EXPOSURE LIMIT FOR RESIDENTS EXPOSURE TO AMBIENT POLICYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN DATONG

摘要 用尿中1-羟基芘作为人体接触空气中多环芳烃的指标,在大量实测数据的基础上,依据肺癌死亡率和空气中苯并(a)芘的剂量反应关系,提出大同市居民尿中1-羟基芘的环境目标值为0.34(μg/L 尿),空气中苯并(a)芘的环境目标值为0.70(μg/100m^3),目前可接受的最大容许值,尿中1-羟基芘为1.0(μg/L 尿),空气中苯并(a)芘为6.0(μg/100m^3) This paper present an estimation of the residents exposure limit value of 1-hydrox- ypyrene in urine,a biological exposure indicator of polycyelic aromatic hydrocarbons,and an estimation of aeeeptahle concentration of benzo(a)pyrene in air. Based on large database of monitoring urinary 1-hydroxypyrene concentration and am- bient benzo(a)pyrene concentration from urban districts in Datong,surveying death of lung cancer,and toxieokinetic modelling,we propose that the urinary 1-hydroxypyrene of 0. 34μg/L urine and the air benzo(a)pyrene of 0.70μg/100m^3 can be used as the negligible level(non-risk limit),and the urinary 1-hydroxypyrene of 1.0μg/L urine and the air ben- zeo(a)pyrene of 6.0μg/100m^3 can be used the maximam acceptable level for Datong.
