摘要
确立与城市经济社会发展特征相适宜的城市信息化发展战略及路径,是城市信息化建设取得成功的首要关键。本文对城市信息化的发展规律和影响因素等作了创新性的理论探讨,尝试构建城市信息化成熟度模型,对城市信息化建设分阶段的特征和目标进行分解,旨在为城市信息化长远发展战略路径的选择提供基本理论分析框架。
In order to put forward the basic theory frame on city informatization strategic path, this paper innovatively discusses the development rules and influence factors of city infonnatization, constructs the City Informatizafion Maturity Model, and analyzes the stage characters and objectives of city informatization.
