摘要
使用CO2超临界萃取技术提取精制番茄籽油,每日给实验性高血脂大鼠喂灌番茄籽油可使血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)以及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清谷草转氨酶(AST)水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)显著降低.
The tomato seed oil is extracted and refined by the supercritical fluid CO2 extraction technique. Experimental hyperlipoidemia rats are fed everyday with the tomato seed oil. The administration of tomato seed oil can lowen serum total cholesterol(TC), glycerin three ester(TG), low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and also reduce serum alanine transminase-glutamic pyruvic transaminase(ALT), aspartate transminaseglutamic oxalo-acetic transaminase(AST) level(P〈0.05, P〈0.01).
