摘要
[目的]了解分析武汉某区高中学生肺结核病患病情况,为全市结核病控制规划提供依据。[方法]对全区高中学生采用电视透视机进行胸部X线检查,胸透异影者进行免费摄片和痰涂片检查。[结果]共发现活动性肺结核患者47例,活动性肺结核患病率为171.0/10万,涂阳患病率为69.1/10万,现患病例发现率为27.7%,结控项目登记治疗率仅为23.4%。提示该地区高中学生呈结核病患病率高、发现率低、项目登记率低等特点。[结论]结核病仍然是威胁我国青少年身体健康的常见病,加强学校结核病宣教与防治是我国结核病控制工作的重要内容。
[Objective] To provide the basis for the whole city＇s tuberculosis Control through the TB situation of the senior middle school students in some district of Wuhan. [Methods] X-ray chest check was carried on through using the television perspective machine for all high school students of the district, free X-ray and phlegm smear check were carried on for the cases of chest fluoroscopy with abnormal shade. [ Results] 47 active tuberculosis cases were found and the rate was 171.0/100 000, the rate of smear positive was 69.1/100. 000. the discovery rate of sick cases presently was 27.7%, the treatment rate of the control project registration was only 23.4%.Prompt the character of the high tuberculosis prevalence rate, the low discovery rate, the low project registration rate among the students. [ Conclusions ] Tuberculosis islstilla common disease which threatens the teenagers＂ health. Strengthening the school tuberculosis propagation; prevention and control is the important content of our country＇s tabereulosis control.
