摘要
[目的]了解新型溴氯甘脲系列消毒剂杀菌效果。[方法]采用枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞做指示菌进行了载体定量杀菌试验观察,并采用炭疽杆菌芽胞做指示菌进行了模拟现场消毒试验。[结果]以含有效卤素含量(以氯计)284mg/L的溴氯甘脲消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用60min,平均杀灭率均达到99.92%以上。以炭疽杆菌芽胞为指示菌,以含有效卤素含量(以氯计)284mg/L的二氯二溴甘脲做模拟现场饮水消毒和模拟现场乳胶手套消毒试验,作用15min后杀菌率分别大于99.94%和99.41%。[结论]溴氯甘脲系列消毒剂对细菌繁殖体有良好的杀菌性能,对细菌芽胞有一定杀灭作用,其杀菌效果随溴离子含量的增多而杀菌效果增强。
[Objective]To observe sporicidal efficacy of bromochloroglycolril a series of disinfectant.[Methods]Bacillus subtilis var.riger was used to do the carrier quantitative bactericidal test,Becillus Anthracis was used to do simulation of spot bactericidal test. [Resuits]The sterilizing rates of Bacillus subtilis var.ringer exposed to bromochloroglycoluril solution containing 284 mg/L available chlorine for 60 min were higer than 99.92%,The sterilizing rates of Bacillus Anthracis in water and on the surface of glove exposed to bromochloroglycoluril solution containing 284 mg/L available chlorine for 15 min were higher than 99.94% and 99.41%.[Conclusions]The disinfeet has good germicidal with increase of bromine ion quantity.
