摘要
研究了α-萘乙酸,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸,3-吲哚丁酸,L-谷氨酸,油酸,羧甲基纤维素钠6种因子对黄伞(Pho-liotaadipose)菌丝体得率及胞外多糖产量的影响。在转速为160r/min,温度为25℃,培养时间为3d的条件下,几种因子对黄伞菌丝体得率及胞外多糖的产量有不同程度的影响,并初步确定出各种生长因子的最佳作用浓度。
This experiment had studied the effects of NAA, 2,4-D,IBA, L- Glu, oleic acid and CMC on Pholiota adipose mycelia yield and exopolysaccharide content. Under the culturing conditions of 160 r/min, 25 ℃ and 3 days, the factors had the varying effects on mycelia yield and exopolysaccharide content of Pholiota adipose, and the optimum concentrations of every kind of factors were ascertained.
