描述了江苏利港电力有限公司4台350 MW火电机组技术经济指标出现异常时的评价及其后续管理。目的是在电力生产过程中及时发现技术经济指标异常,正确估价指标异常造成的经济损失和环境影响,采取适当的纠正措施,以获得更佳的经济效益与环境效益。
The evaluation and management of teehno-economic index-abnormalities are being described and the way of managing them explained. The purpose is in-time discovery of techno-economic abnormalities, correct evaluation of economic losses, and of effect on environment, as well as adoption of proper ways of dealing with them. The aim is to improve the economic and environmental efficacy.
