摘要
针对SG-2028/17.5-M908锅炉前包覆过热器悬吊管在冲管过程中断裂的现象,探讨了此悬吊管断裂的因素。结合断口金相组织分析、断面能谱成分和扫描电镜分析结果,提出了该管子断裂的原因以及处理措施。
Aiming at the fracture that occurred, during the flushing, to the hanger tube of a SG-2028/17.5-M908 boiler＇ s front wall embracing superheater, the cause of the incident is being discussed and measures of improvement rendered, according to the fracture surface＇s metallographic structure and spectrum ingredient analyses, as well as scanning electronic microscope observations.
