A View of Study on the Period Division of Contemporary Sino-African Relations

摘要从现有研究成果看,对当代中非关系发展阶段的划分彰显出差异性,国内外学术界,以及有关政府官员分别持有不同的划分角度和标准。本文方法论的认识基础是对历史阶段的划分是个综合、辩证的过程,是对历史发展诸要素及其相互作用的综合判断过程。就当代中非关系发展阶段划分而言,应具体化为3个方面,即确立划分原则;明确划分角度和判断标准;明确对阶段自身的把握。以此为基础,当代中非关系的发展划分为4个阶段,即起始阶段、迅速发展与奠定基础阶段、调适性过渡阶段和走向全面发展的新型战略伙伴关系阶段。 Seeing the current studies, major differences in the period division of the development of contemporary Sino-African relations can be easily found from researchers and related government officials. The methodology of this article is based on such perceptions: Dividing historical periods is an integrated and dialectical process, and is a comprehensive process of judgement of the elements of historical development. As of the period division of contemporary Sino-African relations development, it should be specified as three aspects: making clear the principle of division; making definite the judgement angle and criteria; defining the periods themselves. Based on the above, the development of contemporary Sino-African relations can be divided into four periods: the starting period; the period of fast developing and laying foundations; the period of adjustmental transition; the period towards comprehensive development and the new strategic partnership.
