摘要
我国高校艰苦专业的学生进校后大多数专业意识不高,严重影响学习。要尽快缩短影响时间,逐步走向专业发展的轨道。有威信的专业老师起着重要作用,从不同角度阐述如何成为一名有威信的教师,教师优秀人格魅力的形成及对学生专业学习的影响。
As most of the students in laborious specialty of our university have a hesitant attitude to learning the professional knowledge which greatly affects their learning effect, credible teachers play an important role in shortening the time span which affects their learning and in leading them gradually to the laborious path of specialty learning. This paper expounds on how to become a prestigious teacher with moral integrity, and on how to exert a positive effect on students＇ specialized learning.
