摘要
高校外事是高等教育改革和发展的重要组成部分。随着高等教育国际化进一步发展,和我国加入W TO,我国高等教育外事工作的重心和内容发生了重大变化。简要分析了高等教育国际化带来的机遇与挑战;重点阐述了普通高校外事工作的现状和存在的问题,提出了新形势下普通高校外事发展的新思路。
Foreign affairs in colleges and universities are a very important part of the reform and development of higher education. With the further development of the internationalization of higher education and China＇s entrance into WTO, there have been great changes in the focus and content of foreign affairs of higher education in our country. The paper briefly analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the internationalization of higher education, illustrates the current situation and problems of foreign affairs in non-key university, and proposes some new thoughts on the development of non-key university＇s foreign affairs under the new situation.
