摘要
本文采用SWOT分析法,在全面剖析了笔者所在医院的内部优势与劣势,外部机会与威胁的基础上,提出了在新形势下实现军队医院科学发展的四个策略选择:坚持优势集中化策略,保重点强特色做大做强大器官疾病综合救治平台;坚持管理精细化策略,加强细节管理提升医教研工作质量,强化军事医学特色;坚持成本领先化策略,通过增加收益从根本上提高医院总体收入;坚持服务人性化策略,增进情感交流创建和谐医院。
SWOT method was used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the hospital. Based on the results, four development policy were put forward ： concentrate strengths in order to improve the cure ability of main organ diseases; working hospital; pay attention to detail administration in order to improve the quality and to boost up military medicine; carry out the cost first policy in order to increase the profit of implement humanistic service in order to establish harmonious hospital.
