摘要
目的探讨联系数在医院医疗质量发展趋势分析中的应用。方法先对给定的统计数据按理想点法作规范化处理,再计入权重和以最优值为参考编秩,把位于前、中、后秩次的数据分别记入联系数的同部、异部、反部,得到医院医疗质量同异反状态联系数,再由这种状态联系数计算得到医疗质量发展趋势联系数,根据趋势联系数的同反比ICR大于、等于、小于1作出医疗质量是提高、临界、下降趋势的判断。结果利用联系数可以客观地刻划出医疗质量的同异反状态和发展趋势。结论可在医院医疗质量发展趋势分析中应用联系数。
Objective To probe into the application of connection number in the analysis of developing treand of medical quality of hospital. Methods The given statistical data is processed in standard form according to the method of ideal point, counted in weight and numbered with rank with the most excellent value as reference. The connection number of same- indefinite - contrary state of medical quality of hospital can be obtained by counting the data of fore rank order, the data of middle rank order and the data of back rank order into the same part, the indefinite part and the contrary part of connection number respectively, and the connection number of developing trend of medical quality can be worked out with the help of the state connection number. The developing trend of medical quality of hospital can be judged according to the value of identity contrary radio of connection number of developing trend. Results The same - indefinite - contrary state and the developing trend of medical quality of hospital can be described objectively with the help of connection number. Conclusion The connection number can be used in the analysis of developing trend of medical quality of hospital.
