摘要
在经济转型时期,劳动力资源配置的体制和机制发生了巨大变迁,劳动力市场经历初始发育、分割和不平衡发展阶段,逐渐走向一体化。文章回顾了中国劳动力市场扩张与发展的历史,对劳动力资源配置方式改革的学术文献进行评述,并梳理这一领域的理论和政策研究思路。
During China’s economic transition,great changes of the labor resource allocation system have taken place,and labor markets have experienced several phases:the initial stage, segmentation stage and unbalanced stage,while moving towards an integrated labor market.This paper examines the experiences of China’s labor markets’development,reviews the literature of labor resource allocation reforms,and categorizes the theories and policy issues in this aspect.
