急性小脑梗死早期临床表现不明显,但随后病情可能恶化并威胁生命。早期明确的临床表现和影像学检查有助于选择治疗方案,及时的外科干预对抢救患者有重要意义。
The early clinical manifestation of acute cerehellar infarction is not conspicuous, however, the following condition may becomes worse and life threatening. The early clear clinical manifestation and neuroimaging examination may help select appropriate treatment protocols, and the timely neurosurgical intervention has importance significance in the salvage of patients.
