摘要
目的:总结“以家庭为单位”对肾病综合征患儿实施中西医结合治疗、护理及康复指导的经验体会。方法:对48例患儿家长实施该病健康教育知识的培训,使其掌握基本治疗和护理康复知识,完成患儿在家庭中进行的各种治疗和护理工作。结果:家长实施正确治疗和护理的患儿完全康复,部分家长实施不规范的治疗和护理措施是造成患儿病情复发或频发的原因。结论:在家庭中实施中西医结合治疗小儿肾病综合征切实可行,而规范的护理康复指导是肾病综合征患儿完全康复的保证。
Objective：The purpose was to summarize the methods and experiences of the treatment, nursing and recovery guide of children with nephrotic syndrome with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in ＂one family as a unit＂. Methods：48 parents were trained with the knowledge of recovery of the disease. They were taught to master the basic treating, nursing and recovery knowledge and carried out all kinds of the treatment and nursing at home. Results ： The children who were correctly treated and nursed by their parents completely recovered. The incorrect treatment and nursing of some parents were the causes of relapses or frequent relapses of the disease. Conclusion： The method was useful and effective. The standard nursing and recovery guide were the guarantee to the complete recovery of children with nephrotic syndrome.
