摘要
文章围绕工业循环经济评价指标体系设计的原则,分别构建了青海省工业循环经济评价的理论指标体系和操作指标体系,提出了具体的评价方法,并据此对青海省工业循环经济总体发展状况进行了评价。
This article centers around the principle on designing about evaluating index system of industrial circular economy, relatively set the theoretical index system and operating index system of the circular economic assessment of Qinghai provincial industries, put forward specific evaluating methods, and accordingly estimated about the overall development situation of the industrial circular economy of Qinghai province.
