摘要
基于虚拟社区的社会系统和技术系统双重特征,重新界定了虚拟社区的概念和内涵。提出虚拟社区建构的组织进路,力图展现技术与组织之间相互植入、相互建构、互相赋予意义的实践旨趣。并以政府内部虚拟社区为例,详解了组织进路新视角的开辟所带来的积极意义。
The paper defines newly the virtual community based on its dual nature as both social system and technology system. Aiming at the absence from the perspective of organization, it proposes the organization approaches to construct virtual community, trying to help show the practising purport in embedding, constructing and endowing meanings between technology and organization. Lastly, the paper explains in detailed positive significance to develop new perspective of organization approach with an example of virtual community in the government.
