摘要
通过间歇精馏试验,摸索了分离4-羟基-2-丁酮的具体过程及参数。精馏柱采用内径为40mm的玻璃柱,内装高效不锈钢丝网规整填料,填料高度为600mm,理论板数为12块,回流比为0.5,真空度为0.0986MPa,4-羟基-2-丁酮(含量≥92%)回收率为66.4%。并成功地进行了工业设计。
The paper chose batch distillation of vacumn to carry on the distillation operation and analyzed the factors the influence to the separation for the 4-hydroxy-2-Butanone Liquid mixture. At last, we chose 40 rams tower diameter ane use high efficiency order packed steel silk screen filler. The optimizing conditions are 600 rams filler height, the theoretic plate number is twelve, 0.0986 MPas vacuum of tower degree and 0.5 as reflux ratio. The recovery rate of 4-hydroxy-2-butanone is 66.4%. As a result, we succeed to the technical design.
