摘要
系统分析《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》所规定的三种犯罪类型,论述追究固体废物污染环境罪刑事责任的犯罪构成要件。
It was analysed systematically for the three types of crimes stipulated in Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Inducing Environmental Pollution. The requisites to constitute offense of solid waste inducing environmental pollution was discussed.
