摘要
高职教育人才培养方案是人才培养过程的总体设计,是教学管理的依据,是保证人才培养质量的重要保障。为此就如何制订高职专业培养方案进行了探讨,提出构建高职人才培养方案的基本思路。为高等职业教育制订专业培养方案提供参考。
A training scheme for qualified personnel at senior vocational education level is the general design in qualified personnel＇ s training process, it is also the base of teaching management and the important document that guarantees the quality of the personnel. The article conducts the research on how to workout a training scheme and advances basic points of view on how to establish a training scheme for qualified personnel at senior vocational education level, providing reference for working out a professional training scheme.
