摘要
老龄化社会涉及到一系列与妇女相关的社会问题,在老年妇女的发展方面,社会应提供给妇女充分的参与机会,并应把老年妇女的发展与社会的可持续发展联系起来;在养老观念上,未来的老年妇女将以提高生活质量、改善生活环境和提升自我价值为主要需求;在养老的形式上,家庭养老仍然是最主要的养老方式,但是社会的辅助力量将成为家庭养老的必要补充;妇女对生命周期的规划将有助于妇女人口素质的提高,也直接影响着人口老龄的变化趋势;统计结果显示,我国老年妇女自身养老的经济能力总体在增强,但农村老年妇女仍然更强地依靠家庭的养老支持网络。今后,希望政府能够在社会保障制度的设计上更加关注老龄妇女的问题。
The article briefly discusses the relationship between aged society and the issues on women from various aspects including family structure, women＇s life periods and their participation in society, women＇ s financial source and their opinion on elders and the policy of welfare of women. It points out some current problems and the possible tendency of development. Furthermore, it emphasizes to pay attention to the issue on aged women in terms of social security system.
