摘要
男女平等是衡量一个国家文明程度的重要尺度,也是衡量整个人类社会发展进程的重要标志。作为男女平等重要内容之一的平等就业权,是劳动者在就业过程中应享有的一项重要权利,深入了解平等就业权的内涵及其表现形式,探讨和分析制约女大学生平等就业权实现的成因及从法律上保护其权利实现的问题,对女大学生就业乃至对全社会女性就业与发展都具有十分重要的意义。
Gender equality is an important yardstick for measuring a country＇ s civilization, as well as an important indicator for measuring the development process of the whole human society. Equal employment right is one of the most important rights in the course of workers＇ employment. To understand the content and the forms of equal employment right, analyze the cause that restricting female students to realize their equal employment and the problem of legal protection to achieve their rights, it is of great significance to promote female students＇ employment, even to female＇s employment and development in the whole society.
