摘要 以设计全启式弹簧安全阀为例,介绍了运用Solidworks对阀门零部件进行相关参数化建模设计,并运用Solidworks内嵌的COSMOS/works有限元分析处理模块对阀门零部件进行应力分析,以考察零件在承载工况下的工作性能及受力情况。借助Solidworks虚拟三维设计及装配技术,能有效地提高设计效率、缩短产品的研发周期,降低生产成本从而提升产品的市场竞争力。 Taking fall lift spring safety valve for example, the paper introduces advanced modeling software Solidworks, by which the accessories of the valve are designed parameterizedly. And it also analyses the stress of the accessories of the valve using COSMOS/works finite element analysis disposal module nested in the Solidworks to review their working performances and the forces in the condition of bearing the weight.
