Design of Injection Mould with Collapsible Core Enabling Ejection of Internally Threaded Molded Part (Bottle Cap)

摘要 分析了瓶盖塑件的工艺特性,给出了实用的注塑模结构,介绍了注塑模各系统的结构设计,论述了模具的工作原理。该模具利用斜滑块脱内螺纹机构和推杆二次顶出机构解决了带内螺纹瓶盖的脱模问题。 The problem of how to remove the core from the thread or undercut portion of the molded part was solved by use of the collapsible core segments actuated by inclined plane mechanism. The ejection of molded part is completed with the co-operation of a secondary ejection device. It analyzed the processing performance of the injection molded part bottle cap, outlined the mold design and construction involving thread coring and e ction device, as well as explained the operating principle of the collapsible core in the mold.
