摘要
本文首先简要介绍了南亚自由贸易区减税减让步骤和相关问题的谈判,然后论证了自由贸易区将促进南亚国家间的经济合作,有利地区和平稳定与发展,同时分析了自由贸易区发展中存在的推动和制约因素,结论认为自由贸易区的成败将直接决定南亚区域合作未来的成败。
This article examines the tariff concessions and several related issues under SAFTA and argues that SAFTA is expected to promote economic cooperation among South Asian countries and helpful for regional stability and development.Both positive and negative factors along with the evolution of SAFTA are analyzed and the conclusion that any success of South Asian regional cooperation would totally be based on SAFTA is made.
