摘要
高炉的进风装置长期工作在高温、高压、喷煤、富氧的恶劣环境下,跑风、发红、表面温度高一直是炼铁亟待解决的问题。研制的新型节能进风装置,采用新的设计和工艺,使表面温度降低,热风温降变小。
Hot- blast intake apparatus of blast furnace work under the bad conditions of high temperature, high pressure, ejecting coal and rich oxygen for a long time. Hot- blast leakage, red appearance and high surface temperature are problems that should be resolved urgently for the iron- making process. Newly- developed high - efficiency and energy - saving hotblast intake apparatus can reduce surface temperature and lessen hot- blast temperature falling.
