摘要
介绍了通过运用PLC和触摸屏技术来设计矿热炉炉顶布料控制系统,并针对该套控制系统的设计、外围电气设备的电控原理,控制系统中的触摸屏页面设计和PLC的原理及作用进行了分析,并通过在12．5 MVA矿热炉上的运用,取得了显著的效果。
It introduces design of roof distribution control system for submerged arc furnace by means of using PLC and touch screen technique. It aslo analyzes the design of the set system, electric control theory of peripherial electrical equipment, touch screen page layout design of the control system and PLC theory and its effect. It gains notable result after applying in 12. 5 MVA submerged arc furnace.
