亲水/亲油复合交联剂合成高吸水树脂 被引量:5

Preparation of superabsorbent polymers crosslinked with multiple crosslinking agents

摘要 为了得到吸水速率和吸水倍率良好的丙烯酸类高吸水树脂(SAP),提出了采用亲水/亲油复合交联剂合成SAP的新方法.以N,NL亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为亲水交联剂,以二乙烯基苯(DVB)为亲油交联剂,通过反相悬浮聚合制备丙烯酸类SAP,并考察复合交联剂质量分数和配比对SAP性能的影响规律.结果表明,当相对单体总质量,BIS、DVB质量分数分别为0.025%、0.02~0.03%时,随着DVB质量分数增加,SAP的吸水倍率和吸水速率同时提高.当交联剂总质量分数为0.05%时,采用BIS和DVB质量比为1:1的复合交联剂制备的SAP的平衡吸水倍率、吸水速率和重复吸放性均明显优于采用单一交联剂制备的SAP树脂. To obtain acrylic-type superabsorbent polymer (SAP) with good water absorption and adsorption rate, the method of preparing SAP using water-soluble/oil soluble multiple crosslinking agents was proposed. By adopting N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide (BIS) as the water-soluble crosslinking agent and diviT nylbenzene (DVB) as the oil-soluble crosslinking agent, the acrylic SAP was prepared by the inverse-suspension polymerization process. The effects of the mass fractions and the feeding mass ratio of multiple crosslinking agents on the properties of SAP were investigated. The results show that the water absorption and the adsorption rate increase with the increasing DVB mass fraction when the mass fractions of DVB and BIS are 0.02%~0. 03% and 0. 025% relative to the total monomer mass respectively. When total mass fraction of crosslinking agent is 0.05 %,the SAP prepared by the multiple crosslinking agents with BIS and DVB mass ratio of 1 :1 has greater water absorption, adsorption rate and repeated absorption capability than SAP prepared by only BIS or DVB.
