摘要
目的比较米安色林和博乐欣治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法以CCMD-3作为诊断标准,采用HAMD、TESS量表及其临床疗效评定标准分别评定疗效和副反应。结果米安色林和博乐欣的疗效相近,米安色林的临床治愈率和总有效率分别为53％和84％,博乐欣的临床治愈率和总有效率分别为60％和90％。结论两者临床疗效无显著差异,但博乐欣起效快,副反应小,米安色林服药方便。
Objective To compare the efficacy and the side effects of Mianserin and Vanlafaxinine in the treatment of depression. Methods According to the CCMD -3, the efficacy and its side effects were evaluated with HAMD,TESS,CGI_SI. Results Both drugs had similar efficacy in the treatment of depression：the cured rate and the clinical improvements rate of Mianserin were 53 % and 84% respectively wthe cured rate and the clinical improvements rate of Vanlafaxine were 60% and 90% respectively . Conclution The results show that the efficacy of Mianserin is similar with that of Vanlafaxine, Vanlafaxine is an effective and safe antidepressant, but Mianserin is convenient.
