摘要
由于电力工业的特殊性,国家强化对电力市场的管制显得尤其必要。何管制就成为一个迫切需要研究和解决的课题。文章首先论述了我国电力市场的现状及政府管制问题,其次对电力市场政府管制的利弊进行了分析,最后对电力市场放松管制提出了一些建议。
Due to the particularity of the electricity market in China, state reform and management of the market require different measures from other industries. This paper discusses the electricity market in China and the possibility of government loosening its restriction on the market.
