侦查行为经济效益的产生是个复杂的系统工程运作的结果,这个过程是包括侦查人员主体要素、案件要素、行为本身生成经济效益要素、科技含量要素、社会要素等系统要素作用与合成的过程,正是这些影响经济效益的系统因素彼此之间的运动、连接、贯通、结合、比较、分析、考察、鉴别,从而保证了侦查行为经济效益再生和重构的实现。
The economic efficiency of investigational act comes into being as a result of a complicated systematic operation, which includes key elements of the investigation personnel, case element, act itself, technology content, and social element, etc. These elements interact with each other and guarantee the generation and construction of economic efficiency.
