摘要
目的:为更好的控制通脉活络康颗粒的质量,建立通脉活络康颗粒中齐墩果酸高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil-ODS(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(91∶1),流速为1.0mL.min-1,在220nm波长处检测,柱温为25℃。结果:齐墩果酸在0.126～2.016mg.ml-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均加样回收率97.2%,RSD为1.3%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可以用于测定通脉活络康颗粒中齐墩果酸的含量。
Objective ：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Oceanolic Acid in Tongmaihuoluokang Granules. Methods：Kromasil ODS column （4.6mm × 250nm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water （91：1）. With the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1 ,detective wavelength was at 220nm and the column temperature was 25＂C. Results：The good linear range of Oceanolic Acid was 0.126% 2.016mg·min^-1 r = 0. 9991. The average recovery was 97.2%, RSD = 1.3% （n=5）. Conclusion：The method is convenient,accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for determination of Oeeanolic Acid in Tongmaihuoluokang Granules.
