新经济时代的企业竞争是文化的竞争,是理念的竞争。煤炭企业作为传统型企业要想更好的取得竞争优势、战胜竞争对手,必须对其企业文化实施再造。论文将就这一问题展开分析和研究。
The enterprise competition in new economic era is the cultural competition, is the idea competition.
