摘要
将用偶联剂处理后的新型白炭黑添加到硅橡胶中，可提高硫化胶的性能；当用量为５０份时，可使拉伸强度达１０ＭＰａ以上，撕裂强度达３０ｋＮ／ｍ左右。分析了硫化剂种类及用量对硫化胶性能的影响情况，用新型白炭黑和硫化剂最佳配方量，可使硫化胶在混炼中不产生脱辊、粘辊现象，缩短了混炼时间。
The mechanical properties of the vulcanizate were improved by adding a new type of high reinforcing silica into the silicon rubber. The tensile strength reached 10 MPa and tear strength reached 30 kN/m. The effects of types and amounts of vulcanizator on the properties of the compounds were determined. The optimum compounding ratio of silica and vulcanizators and mixing conditions were obtained.There was no bagging or sticking on mill roll in the mixing processing.
