摘要
总结了华安竹类植物园竹种引进、布局与配置原则,对引种与栽植要求、园区维护及自然条件下保存的竹子属种情况等进行了介绍,分析了异地保存竹种不成功的主要原因和收集、保存过程中应注意的问题及应对措施,为竹子种质资源收集、保护和开发利用提供了技术借鉴。
The paper summarizes the principle of bamhoo species introduction, distribution and disposition,and introduce requirements for introduction and planting, garden management and species preservation under natural condition. Meanwhile it analyses the main reason for the failure in species introduction and problems in collection and preservation of bamboo species, which should be paid attention to and countermeasures in the course of preservation. At the end, some technical references are provided for germ plasm collection, protection and utilization.
