摘要
德国在解决青年就业问题上的主要经验是做好就业政策的系统整合,集中地表现为健全的就业法规体系、完备的职业指导体系和严密的职业培训体系。借鉴德国的青年就业政策经验,结合我国国情,应该在进一步完善青年就业法规、加强青年就业指导培训、加强社会力量的整合以及建立鼓励创业的机制等方面作出更多的努力。
The central experience of Germany to resolve the problems of youth employment is the systems conformity of employment policies, which focused on the sound systems of employment laws, the integrated systems of vocational guidance, and rigorous systems of vocational training, referring to the Germany experiences, we should keep on to perfect the laws and enhance the training, and do more in the integration of social capacity and the construction of prompting mechanisms to start- up.
