摘要
风险投资项目评估是风险投资运作过程中的关键环节。中国对风险投资项目评估的研究仍处于探索阶段,存在着评估体系不尽完善,评估方法较为落后等诸多问题。结合中国风险投资及其项目评估的发展现状,针对提高中国风险投资项目评估规范性和准确性,提出了建立适合中国国情的评估体系,构建网络信息交流平台及充分利用中介作用等几点建议。
The investment project appraisal is the essential link in the venture investment operation process. The research on venture capital project appraisal in China is still on the exploring stage. There exist many problems such as incomplete appraisal system, backward appraisal methods. In order to enhance the stardard and veracity of project appraisal, according to the development situation of venture investment project appraisal in China, several suggestions to build suitable appraisal system, to construct internet information exchange platform and to use media function efficiently are proposed.
