摘要
中国信托业在可持续发展建设方面存在诸多弊端,其根本原因在于信托投资公司自身缺乏核心盈利模式、市场制度建设缺乏持续性以及信托发展观念缺乏共识,直接阻碍了信托市场的健康发展。要促进信托市场的可持续发展,就必须要以科学发展观为指导,注重统一信托发展的思想认识,健全信托投资公司治理机制以及建立科学完善的监管体系。
There are quite a lot of malpractiees in the oonstruetion of sustainable development for China＇ s trust market, for example, there is no continuity in the development of trust investment companies and in the construetion of institution, whieh directly hinders the sustainable development of trust market. It＇ s compulsory to unify our thinking and understanding about development of trust industry, improving governance mechanisms of trust investment company and seientifie monitoring by the coneeption of seientifie development.
