摘要
本文选取中国经济发达地区之一的苏南地区作为研究对象。以实地调查为基础，从理论和实践两个方面，对苏南乡镇企业进行了较深入的分析，探讨了企业布局的特征、弊端及内在形成机制，并对乡镇企业与小城镇的协调发展提出了若干见解。
This article takes the southern part of Jiangsu province as study subject. Based on empirical data, from theoretical and practical approached, the article analyses its locational characteristics, disadvantages and internal mechanism and raises some suggestions related to the integration of rural industry and town development.
