摘要
在我国人才市场上,经济管理类专业人才供不应求的局面已经得到根本性缓解,如何培养新一代高素质的经济管理类人才,已成为综合性大学培养21世纪经济管理类人才的重要研究课题。文章在深入分析经济管理类专业本科学生现状及存在问题的基础上,探索了经济管理类专业本科学生综合素质培养的途径。
on talent market of our country, the situation that talents of economics and management specialty fell short of demand has been already alleviated fundamentally. How to train a new generation talents with high quality has become a major research subject in the training of 21st century talents in economics and management specialty in comprehensive universities. This paper explored the cultivation of undergraduates＇comprehensive quality in economics and management specialty based on the deep analysis of the current situation and existing problems of undergraduates in economics and management specialty.
