摘要
以热浸镀法生产的铜包钢线为研究对象,研究了预热温度、铜液温度和复合时间等工艺参数对铜包钢线界面结合强度的影响;测定了不同包覆比的铜包钢线的电导率。结果表明,表面经机械打磨、酸碱洗并助镀卤化物盐溶液的钢线,在400℃预热复合后,钢线与铜层之间的结合效果较好,界面结合强度达到95 MPa;铜包钢线的电导率随包覆比的增大而线性增加。
Taking copper cladding steel (CS) wire produced by means of hot dipping method as an investigation,the influences of process parameters, such as surface preparation method, preheating temperature, liquid copper temperature and bonding time on the bonding strength of Cu/Fe were studied systematically, In addition, the electrical conductivity of the CS wires with different cladding percentage was tested. The results show that the bonding strength in the interface hits the record of 95 MPa after the steel core is treated through preheating above the temperature of 400℃ and applying surface welding supporting agent of halide solution. The electrical conductivity of CS wire increases linearly with the increase of the cladding percentage of copper layer.
