摘要 目的:综述国内外射线和微波联合照射的生物学效应的研究概况。资料来源:应用计算机检索PUBMED1960-01/2005-01期间的相关文章,检索词为“ray,microwave”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1994-01/2005-01期间的相关文章,检索词为“微波,射线”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。此外还手工查阅相关专著数部。资料选择:对资料进行初审,并查看每篇文献后的引文。纳入标准:文章所述内容应涉及射线与微波联合作用的研究。排除标准:重复研究或Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到56篇相关文献,15篇文献符合纳入标准,排除的41篇文献为内容陈旧或重复。符合纳入标准的15篇文献中,5篇涉及微波和射线的协同效应,3篇涉及微波对射线的拮抗作用,5篇涉及微波和射线联合效应的复杂性及其原因分析,4篇涉及射线和微波联合效应的可能作用机制。资料综合:大部分文献支持微波和射线有协同作用,也有人认为微波可拮抗射线的效应,还有一种观点认为微波和射线的联合效应与二者照射的顺序、时间间隔以及照射强度等有关。结论:关于微波和射线的联合效应仍存在一些分歧和矛盾,尚需不断深入研究。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize domestic and foreign researches about the compound biological effects of rays and microwave. DATA SOURCES: An online search of PUBMED was applied with the keywords of "ray, microwave"to identify related articles published in English from January 1960 to January 2005. Meanwhile, Chinese relevant articles published between January 1994, and January 2005 were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure with the key words of "microwave, ray" in Chinese. Besides, relevant books were searched manually. STUDY SELECTION: Data were checked firstly, and references of each literatures were looked for. Inclusive criteria: the articles related to the research of compound effects of rays and microwave. Exclusive criteria: repetitive researches or Meta analytical articles. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 56 relevant articles were collected. Fourteen articles accorded with the inclusive criteria, and 42 repetitive studies or dated studies were excluded. Of 15 articles in accordance with the criteria, 5 were related with the synergistic effect of microwave and rays, 3 were about the antagonistic effect of microwave on rays, 5 were on the complexity and reason analysis of compound effects of rays and microwave and 4 articles were related with the possible mechanism of action of compound effects of rays and microwave. DATA SYNTHESIS: Most literatures agreed with that rays and microwave could produce effects synergistically, while it was also thought that microwave could restrain the effects of rays. Besides, some others agreed that the compound effects of rays and microwave were concerned with the sequence, interval as well as intensity of rays and microwave radiation. CONCLUSION: There are some dissensions and contradictions in the compound effects of rays and microwave, which needs further investigation.
