超声在女性压力性尿失禁诊治中的应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)是严重影响中老年妇女生活的常见病,其发病机制尚不明确。研究表明SUI病理生理机制为盆底支持结构松弛导致膀胱颈下移和尿道括约肌功能障碍。临床上SUI通常可通过解剖性矫治而获得治愈。超声检查可了解SUI解剖学及组织学变化,明确分型,从而指导临床医师选择术式,提高治愈率,降低复发率,减少并发症;同时可用于术中导向、术后评价疗效。在国外超声已成为SUI术前诊断、术中引导、术后评价疗效的重要手段,效果肯定,目前的研究仍处于完善阶段。
