摘要
以某70 kt/a硫磺回收装置为例,仅对主燃烧炉和尾气焚烧炉的设计作一回顾,着重介绍设备结构、设计特点、材质选择及耐火衬里的施工要点等。在项目的基础设计阶段,根据炉膛结构特点、炉膛温度及耐腐蚀性的要求,主燃烧炉采用衬砖结构,尾气焚烧炉采用整体浇注结构。后因用户要求,在施工图设计阶段,两台工业炉均按衬砖结构设计。目前,主燃烧炉和尾气焚烧炉已正常运行一年多。通过该装置工业炉砌筑安装的实践,提出了今后设计主燃烧炉和尾气焚烧炉在材料和结构方面的改进措施。
Design of main burning furnace and tail gas incinerator are reviewed with a 70 kt/a sulphur recovery unit as an example. Structure characters, material selection and key points of refractory liner construction of the equipment are mainly described. During the basic design stage of the project, lining structure was selected for the main burning furnace while all-casting structure was for the tail gas incinerator according to structural character, temperature and corrosion resistance requirement of fire box. Until now, the main burning furnace and tail gas incinerator had been normally operating for more than one year. Some improvement measures of material and construction in designing the industrial furnace are presented on the basis of practice.
